Mark Turley...

...started working for Venture Caravans, which at the time was called Go Camping, when he was 13. His knowledge on all things caravan is legendary and he is the go to man in the Venture team if there is a question no one else can answer. A keen caravanner himself, he enjoys many holidays with his family.

Dave Webb...

...started with Venture Caravans in 1998. His first days with Venture were spent cleaning up after major flooding, which included shifting many tons of gravel. This showed Dave as a hard working, reliable chap, which makes him popular with customers, having a loyal following that appreciate his willingness to help. He is also a caravanner himself and likes to go away as often as he can.

Darren Lindemann...

...started with us in 2004. He has always been in a customer facing environment and has thrived due to his calm, likeable personality. His laid back nature and caravan knowledge has made for a winning formula that many customers can't resist.

Victoria...

...started in 2005 as a administration/receptionist. After recently getting married she has now decided to go part time and has joined the Accessory Shop team. As a valued member of the team we were glad to see this transition which I'm sure will be a benefit to all our shop customers

...started with us in 2010, she had previously worked at our Rugby branch, where she honed her knowledge about caravans. She then moved across to Venture. A very pleasant addition the Venture team, she approaches all aspects of her job with dedication and professionalism, making sure that the advice she gives is the best.

Andrew Cooke...

...started with us in 2011 and is your servicing and aftersales manager. He has a long history in the leisure Industry with various positions held in some of the country's leading dealerships. Now he's joined the best dealership around is really enjoying the experience.

Marcus...

...started with us in 2004 as a valeter, but it was soon evident he was capable of so much more. Now a service engineer, his customer friendly outlook has endeared him with many, but it is his craftsman skills that make him stand out. Whether it be damp repairs, damage repairs, or alterations, the finished product that Marcus turns out is first class.

Matt...

... initially started at our Rugby branch in 1994. In 2001 he moved to Canada for a while, came back and worked at a motorhome dealership and is now back with us. He has a broad knowledge of caravans and motorhomes and has recently passed a Low voltage electrical course, to add to the rest of his certificates, making him a Approved Workshop engineer.

Dayel...

...started with us in 2011. Having built a large new workshop/aftersales facility we then needed to expand the team to deal with our ever growing customer base. Dayel fitted straight in to the team and soon proved himself to be a natural all rounder, with an eye for detail. Dayel is also a caravanner himself.

Chris...

...started with us in 2008. He is helpful to customers and team members alike and is often approached by customers who enjoy his banter and pleasant nature. Come rain, or shine you are sure to see him out and about, getting the job done.

Jody...

...started with us in 2009. He has a pleasant attitude which he carry's with him in to his work. His eye for detail makes him an important member of the caravan preparation team, making sure that the work he turns out is of a very high standard.

Caroline...

...started with us in 2011 and as well as taking all the calls that come in to Venture Caravans, she also deals with most of the administration side of the business, such as caravan ordering, caravan registration and caravan stock control. She has proved herself to be super efficient, very helpful and a valuable team member.

...started with us permanently in 2008, but actually she has worked with us part time/temporarily since leaving school. She went to university, got her degree, then came back to us as our top accounts girl. Laura has worked in all area's of the business, so has a great understanding of how it all fits together. There is no task too difficult because of her super efficient, switched-on approach.

Curtis...

...The newest member of the team - his area of expertise is all things computer related (websites, stock, systems etc). Already very knowledgeable with computers he is eager to find his way around caravans and is quickly learning what caravanning is all about.
