Typically, four berth caravans range from around 5.9m to over 7.9m in length. Whilst most four berth caravans are around 2.2m to 2.3m in width. However, increasingly extra wide 2.4m (8 foot wide) caravans are now available.

Four berth caravans are one of our most popular sizes of caravan. However, whilst all four berth caravans are designed to sleep four people, not all four berth caravans are the same size. This comes down to a number of factors including the facilities available in the caravan, the size of the caravan’s living area and the caravan’s layout.

For instance, four berth caravans with fixed beds or island beds will always be longer due to the larger living space they offer. Whilst factors such as the facilities the bathroom offers including whether it has a separate shower cubicle etc. and whether the kitchen is fully equipped will have an impact on the caravan’s size.
